With the passing of Michael Jackson on Thursday, my Friday and Saturday were filled with plans for the amazing tribute at the Boardwalk, photo shoots and other activities. Recovering from all that, plus working on my business, left me little time to gather events for Tuesday.

Tour the sanctuary, observe the chimpanzees in their natural habitats and observe them during scheduled feeding times. There will be activities and educational opportunities for the entire family. The Shreveport Farmers' Market opens for the summer season with a performance by The Blanchard Jammers.
