4 pm: Spook-tacular Carnival @ Right To Play Playground

4 Shreveport host the first ever Halloween carnival, will include face painting, a hounted house, trick or treating, costume contest and more. Raffle tickets will be on sale for an Oasis All Wood Playset from Splash, raffle tickets may also be purchased online at www.4shreveport.org. The playground is on Youree Drive (next to A.C. Steere). THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30TH


10 am: Humana Senior Days @ Louisiana State Fairgrounds

Humana will provide complimentary concession tickets to eligible seniors as well as giveaways. Seniors must present their Medicare ID cards and photo identification at the Humana booths to receive free concessions. Shuttle will be provided from the parking area. Will be held on Thursday, November 6th as well.
