The 21st annual African American Parade Celebration will be held on February 7, 2009. Line-up is at 8:30 a.m. Parade starts at 11 a.m.. The grandstand will be in front of the Court House on Texas Street. This year's theme is "The Quest of Black Citizenship in the Americas". The parade will be covered live on KPXJ-CW21.
