The Junior Service League of Minden will host the annual one mile fun run/walk and 5K run/walk, to benefit the Dorcheat Historical Association Museum. Tour the sanctuary, observe the chimpanzees in their natural habitats and observe them during scheduled feeding times. There will be activities and educational opportunities for the entire family. April, visitors will be given the opportunity to help make special treats for the chimpanzees. Skeeter, the Centenary mascot, will entertain the chimpanzees and visitors.
